What does it mean to be a Patricia's Photography Ambassador?


The mission of this program is to provide safe and age-appropriate dance portraits to help promote the dance photography world of Patricia's Photography, meet new friends, represent your dance studio, participate in fun dance photo shoots, and earn experience and build your self-confidence.


We are looking for friendly dancers ready to grow in the beautiful world of dance, encourage other dancers, and be a proud representative of your dance studio and the Patricia's Photography brand. 


Being a part of the Patricia's Photography family means you belong to an exclusive group of dancers that represent different dance studios from all over the world, yes, the world, you just need to be available to travel to South Florida, USA at least once during the ambassadorship program term.


What do I need to be a Patricia's Photography Ambassador?


  • You must have an Instagram account, it could be private or parent-run. We welcome everyone to apply!
  • You must commit to sharing your Patricia's Photography dance photos once per week during your time as an ambassador, if you do not have an image to share, you can share a post form the photographer's Intagram account, remember to add @Patriciasphotography as a collaborator in every ambassador post and engage on social media with Patricia's Photography and your teammates. 
  • You must have parents' permission to participate if under 18 years of age, and fill out our photo release form.
  • You must include your 2025 Patricia's Photography Ambassadorship status in your profile tagging @patriciasphotography
  • Dancers must have 2 or more years of dance training (except for Minis) and be at least 6 years old by May 1, 2025. There will be 4 groups of Ambassadors. Mini (ages 6-8), Juniors (10-12), Teens (13-15), Seniors (16-20).


What do I get as a Patricia's Photography Ambassador?


Patricia's Photography Ambassadors enjoy more than $2500 in tangible benefits and exclusive opportunities.

  • You will earn discounted and even free sessions by referring your fellow dancers to Patricia's Photography for their photo sessions.
  • You will be eligible for discounted or free special sessions such as color powder, rain, and more during the year. These sessions might include free merchandise and branded national and international dance apparel and accessories.
  • When you refer a friend and they use your 20% discount code, you also get 20% off to any session, excluding the Private Premium Session.
  • All your sessions will include all images, as many outfit changes as you want during sessions, and a special mention in our website. You will also get a private gallery with all your photos for easy download.
  • Discounted or free Patricia's Photography merchandise.
  • Your Ambassador Membership will run from April 15th, 2025 to March 31st, 2026.


Is there a fee required to be a Patricia's Photography Ambassador?


There is no fee to apply to be a Patricia's Photography Ambassador. However, if you are accepted as an ambassador, you are required to pay a fee of $50 that will cover the cost of your Ambassador welcome package and the cost of items needed for the group sessions!

You will also be required to book at least one paid Private Premium Session between May 1st, 2025 and December 1st 2025.  This individual photo session must fall in the Premium Portrait Packages category, any of this sessions include: a private photo session time of 90 minutes minimum depending on the package, a minimum of three outfit changes, all high resolution and web-sized digital images, a private gallery and as a bonus the studio fee (minimum $150) will be covered by the photographer if done in North Miami Beach, FL. Click here to see the Premium Photo Packages.  

Once you receive the invitation to join the team, you will be required to pay the $50 fee via Zelle, sign a contract and a photo model release, and place a $100 non-refundable deposit towards your Private Premium Session via Zelle.

Patricia's Photography Ambassadors can earn credits toward their Private Premium Session by referring clients with your discount code.  Once you have referred five booked dance sessions, your Private Premium Session is 50% off. When you refer 10 booked dance sessions, your Private Premium Session is free.


Can I still work with other photographers while being a Patricia's Photography Ambassador?


In the true spirit of community and fair play, we welcome and encourage you to work with other photographers! However, you can only commit to being an ambassador to one photographer. You are welcome and encouraged to be an ambassador for clothing brands, dance wear brands, and more!


How can I apply to be a Patricia's Photography Ambassador?

Simple!

Just follow these steps!

  1. Follow @patriciasphotography
  2. Post a picture of yourself on your Instagram between March 15th, 2025 and March 31st, 2025 telling us why you want to be a Patricia's Photography Ambassador. We will reveal our ambassadors by April 10th, 2025. On the photo description write: "Ambassadorship Program Application for @patriciasphotography #patriciasphotography #pphotoambassador "
